Florid vascular proliferation of colon: An incidental finding in intussuscepted bowel with underlying adenocarcinoma

چکیده
A 47-year-old man presented with intussusception of the colon and was found to have a large tubulo-villous adenoma high grade dysplasia, transforming into adenocarcinoma. The bowel adjacent polyp showed florid vascualr proliferation, mimicking vascular neoplasm. However, there were no signs atypia or malignancy in lesion.
